Bar Bending Machine UNID 50
The machine adopts a fully enclosed gear box separated from the working disk, ensuring no distortion even under heavy load conditions and preventing oil leakage while lifting the machine.
Gears, gear shafts, working disk, stop gauge, saddles, pile heads, and pile head bushes are made of forged high-quality alloyed steel with proper heat treatment (quenching/tempering/high-frequency) and a 2 mm thick external case to ensure high performance even under heavy loads and a long working life.
Equipped with a dust-proof brake motor and two limit switches to guarantee the accuracy of the bending angle even after stopping and restarting.
Features an insert-pin type disk and movable saddles for precise adjustment of the bending angle.
