Rotate the belt pulley to check gear installation.
Ensure knife alignment with a gap of 0.2–0.8mm.
Inspect and tighten all screws and verify electrical insulation.
Fill with N150–220# gear oil up to 2/3 of the oil window.
Perform a 10-minute no-load test before use.
Use the lower edge of the knife for cutting.
Regularly inspect and replace damaged or deformed knives.
Position steel correctly and press the clutch pedal to cut.
For angle steel cutting, use customized angle knives.
Always allow the clutch to return to its original position.
Keep the machine clean and well-lubricated.
Periodically check all mechanical and electrical parts.
Remove the motor during extended storage periods.
