Operation Methods and Attention

Preparation

• Turn the round belt pulley to ensure gears are properly engaged.

• Check knife alignment; maintain a gap of 0.2–0.5mm.

• Tighten all screws and inspect electrical insulation.

• Add N150–220# gear oil up to 2/3 of the oil window.

• Run a no-load test for 10 minutes; stop and inspect if abnormalities occur.

Attention

• Always use the bottom part of the knife for cutting.

• Inspect knives frequently; replace if deformed or damaged.

Clutch Usage

• Place steel in position and press the clutch pedal for one cut.

• Can cut angle steel with customized angle knives.

• Ensure the clutch returns to its position after each use.

Maintenance

• Clean the machine regularly.

• Check lubrication frequently.

• If not in use for long periods, remove the motor and store properly.
