Turn the round belt pulley to ensure gears are properly engaged.
Check knife alignment; maintain a gap of 0.2–0.5mm.
Tighten all screws and inspect electrical insulation.
Add N150–220# gear oil up to 2/3 of the oil window.
Run a no-load test for 10 minutes; stop and inspect if abnormalities occur.
Always use the bottom part of the knife for cutting.
Inspect knives frequently; replace if deformed or damaged.
Place steel in position and press the clutch pedal for one cut.
Can cut angle steel with customized angle knives.
Ensure the clutch returns to its position after each use.
Clean the machine regularly.
Check lubrication frequently.
If not in use for long periods, remove the motor and store properly.
