Bar Bending Machine GW 52
The machine features a fully enclosed gear box, separated from the working disk, ensuring no distortion even under heavy loads and preventing oil leakage while lifting the machine.
Gears, gear shafts, working disk, stop gauge, saddles, pile heads, and pile head bushes are made of forged high-quality alloyed steel with proper heat treatment (quenching/tempering/high-frequency) and a 2 mm thick external case to ensure high performance even under heavy loads and extended working life.
Equipped with a dust-proof brake motor and two limit switches to maintain the accuracy of the bending angle even after stopping and restarting.
Insert-pin type disk and movable saddles allow precise adjustment of the bending angle.
