UNI 800 – Suspended Platform System
The UNI 800 is a durable suspended platform designed for façade work, construction, and maintenance at height. It offers adjustable projecting length (1300–1500 mm & 1200–1600 mm) and a strong platform length of 6000 mm. The system has a total weight of 210 kg (without counterweight) and features front and back basket fence heights of 1050 mm and 1200 mm.
It includes a LTD80 hoist with 1.8 kW power, 380V voltage, 8–10 m/min speed, 8 kN lifting force, and dual 48 kg hoist units. The LSF30 safety lock supports 30 kN impact force with 3″-8″ cable locking. The setup comes with a 4×31-9.1 steel wire rope, electric wire (4×50), safety rope, and suspension mechanism components.
The complete machine (without counterweight) weighs 800 kg and ensures strong performance, stability, and safety for elevated work.
